- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2031, aligning with global market trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable computing)
- Partner with C-suite to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision and KPIs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 10+ specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and ROI projections
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in CTO/CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record launching at least three breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier-1 institution
- Certified in Future Tech Forecasting (FTF) or equivalent
- Published author in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
