Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future technology integration
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to strategic value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
