- Lead quantum/AI integration projects with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with NASA, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe on future-tech initiatives
- Build and mentor 15-person cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- File 5+ patents annually in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Drive sustainability initiatives reducing carbon footprint by 40% by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (minimum 3 papers)
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/venture funding
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and TCFD frameworks
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and programming languages (Python, R)
- Clearable US government security clearance preferred
