Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable tech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an external network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines and service offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record translating emerging tech into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience in trend analysis
- Experience scaling tech innovations from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required
