Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop patent strategies for emerging IP in quantum/AI convergence
- Partner with C-suite to translate technical vision into board-level narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global deployment
