Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, decentralized systems, climate-tech) to identify market opportunities
- Architect scalable frameworks for AI governance and ethical algorithm deployment
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with R&D to incubate experimental technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of futuristic solutions on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough tech product (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape: quantum supremacy, AGI ethics, neurotech
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
