- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future technology adoption pathways
- Monitor global tech policy developments and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and thought leaders in emerging fields
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, neurotech, climate tech, AI governance)
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
