- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and translating them into actionable plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership on technology trends or future scenarios
