- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing in development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
