- Present tech strategy to C-suite and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in future-focused planning
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for global partnerships
- Certified in Tech Foresight Methodology (TFM)
