Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) a plus
- Experience scaling technology solutions in fast-paced environments
