Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop patentable IP portfolios in next-gen computing paradigms and human-machine interfaces
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and establish innovation methodologies for the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, climate-positive tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading global R&D teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
