Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with potential impact by 2026
- Develop comprehensive 3-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology partnerships and ecosystem development for future growth
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and industry disruption trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
