- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI projections
- Analyze competitive tech landscapes and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly reviews and pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, quantum)
- Track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced visualization tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Innovation preferred
