Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Architect integration strategies for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business functions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with commercial objectives
- Establish frameworks for evaluating and prioritizing disruptive innovations
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members
- Build ecosystem partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- 7+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
