Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed future-proof principles into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or spatial computing
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy (preferred)
