Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision and market demands
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) and their commercial viability through rigorous market research
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors and executive committees
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
