Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Represent the company in industry forums and shape future technology discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with global stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) highly valued
