Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI governance systems, bio-integrated tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2025+ vision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio of implemented future technology initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
