Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform technology investments
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior technologists and foster an innovation culture across departments
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CIMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
