Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market readiness
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Experience with government tech policy initiatives (e.g., CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (for global collaboration)
