Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum-resistant cryptography, and immersive computing
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or Web3 infrastructure
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review (2019-2023)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
