- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley research institutions and VCs
- Published thought leader in IEEE or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- PhD or equivalent in futuristic technology domains preferred
