Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proof technologies into enterprise architecture
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026+ commercialization potential
- Build and manage strategic alliances with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech convergence
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
