Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with top-tier research institutions and tech incubators
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on futuristic technology implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
