Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their applicability to business verticals
- Develop and maintain a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead innovation workshops and foster a culture of experimentation across the organization
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
- Manage relationships with key technology partners and startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar executive role
- Proven track record of implementing technology-driven initiatives that generated significant ROI
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with ambiguity
- Strong leadership abilities with history of managing cross-functional teams
