Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future tech exploration
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI) a plus
