Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect scalable solutions for AI governance and ethical implementation frameworks
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Published author or speaker at top-tier tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
