Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough initiatives with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and market disruption impact
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them to actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
