- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and growth objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry consortia
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or hardware products
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of at least one emerging tech domain (quantum, AI ethics, etc.)
- Experience with federal grant applications and public-private partnerships
