Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships with cutting-edge tech incubators and research institutions
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' industry thought leadership reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or digital ethics
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
