Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product innovation
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term technological ROI and adoption
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and boards
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Strong proficiency with data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-tech impact (patents, white papers, etc.)
