- Partner with product development teams to integrate future-facing capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic visions and market impact analyses to executive leadership and board members
- Establish and nurture ecosystems of startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of converging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
