- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology ROI and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industrial applications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, CFTe)
