Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on product development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate technological feasibility of 5-year vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services (2018-2023)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
