Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong background in R&D management and innovation lifecycle
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
