Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnership
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable impact
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- C-suite presentation experience with ability to simplify complex concepts
