Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in AI/ML deployment at scale
- Deep expertise in blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR convergence
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance preferred for federal projects
