Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs worldwide
- Present technology foresight to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Drive patent development and IP protection for proprietary innovations
- Mentor junior technologists in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
