Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Create executive-ready technology roadmaps with clear investment recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Present future technology forecasts to stakeholders and drive adoption decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two cutting-edge tech products/solutions
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
