Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, sustainable tech, and immersive interfaces
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability and risk mitigation
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and investor roadshows
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio, tracking ROI and pivoting based on real-time data
- Build and lead a high-performance Future Tech incubation team of 10+ specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and patent portfolios
- Presentation skills for executive audiences at Davos-level forums
