- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ tech horizons
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with leading academic and industry labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management
