Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized networks
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Tech Hubs for collaborative innovation
- Translate complex scientific concepts into viable commercial applications
- Drive patent portfolios and IP strategies for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex visions
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Q#)
- Global network connections in academic and industrial innovation ecosystems
