Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum/AI convergence projects
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with academic institutions for talent scouting and R&D
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI governance, climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
