Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in executive tech strategy at FAANG or unicorn companies
- Published author in Nature/Science on AI ethics or computational theory
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent government credentials
- Expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management frameworks
