Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for human-AI collaboration and ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies in controlled environments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
