Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen systems for quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance protocols for 2026 deployment
- Architect sustainable tech solutions addressing climate resilience and resource optimization
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research in neurotech interfaces
- Forecast technological adoption curves and recommend strategic pivots for competitive advantage
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven impact in emerging fields
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience with federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks for technological disruption
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology (e.g., IEEE 7000, B Corp standards)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
