Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AGI, climate tech) and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout and integrate disruptive technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and engineers through our Tech Vanguard program
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI development, or climate tech modeling
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., scenario modeling, SWOT analysis)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
