- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation portfolio budget allocation and resource optimization
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven success in launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic projects required
