Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated AI, neuro-interfaces) with 2026 commercialization focus
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with C-suite to integrate tech strategy into corporate vision and KPIs
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping for emerging tech domains
- Drive ethical technology adoption frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Fluency in agile methodologies and technology development lifecycles
